About me
My name is Tracey Macalester and I returned to the UK in 2004 having lived abroad for 10 years (Hong Kong, Mexico and the Middle East). My working career spans the Finance Sector, mainly in Customer Services within HSBC in leadership and training roles. My coaching qualifications comprise Certified Life Coach, Certified Master Life Coach and Certified Mastermind Executive Coach. I am also a Certified Mind Factor Coach, having been trained personally by Karl Morris.
I am also trained in the AxiaMetrics Profiling System which although new to the UK, has been valued, validated and successfully applied in the US for over 20 years, in partnership with leading organisations including AT&T, Goldman Sachs, and NASA, amongst others.
I am passionate about Values Coaching and would love to have the opportunity to inspire you to embrace positive change and achieve ultimate success.
